Section 8:43B-5.3 - Notice to clients(a) The AFC caregiver shall inform all clients that the following information is available for review by clients, prospective clients, and the client's legal representative: 1. All waivers granted by the Department; and2. A copy of the inspection report and a list of deficiencies, if applicable, from the last annual licensure inspection and any substantiated complaint investigation during the past 12 months.(b) The caregiver shall post the following emergency numbers in a conspicuous place in the AFC home and, where possible, near a telephone: 1. "911" for the police department and the fire department that serves the municipality in which the AFC home is located;2. The complaints hotline of the Department (1-800-792-9770);3. The Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman (1-877-582-6995); and4. The AFC sponsor agency with which the AFC caregiver contracts.N.J. Admin. Code § 8:43B-5.3
