Section 8:41-1.1 - Authority

These rules are promulgated pursuant to 26:2K-7 through 20 and 26:2K-35 through 38, which authorize the Commissioner to adopt rules pertaining to the operation of programs and services providing, or seeking to provide, advanced life support care.
