Section 8:40A-1.1 - Authority

These rules are promulgated pursuant to 26:2K-39 through 47 and 26:2K-54 through 62, which authorize the Commissioner to adopt rules pertaining to the training, testing and certification of Emergency Medical Technicians-Basic.
