Section 8:2A-1.1 - Application and scope

The rules of this chapter are promulgated by the Department of Health and Senior Services in order to implement the provisions of 26:6-1 et seq., and 26:8-1 et seq., pertaining to the execution, registration, and recording of death certificates and the maintenance of death records.
