Section 8:121-1.11 - Review of administrative determinations

Whenever licensure is denied, revoked, or not renewed and the mental health program disputes the basis of the action, the mental health program may apply to the Director for a review and an agency decision shall be rendered within 30 days of the receipt of the written request for a review.
