Section 8:111-3.4 - Submission of documents and data
(a) Upon request, the facility shall submit to the Department any documents required to be maintained by the facility, in accordance with this chapter. Information identifying clients shall be kept confidential at all times by the Department as required by Federal confidentiality regulations at 42 CFR Part 2 and Federal HIPAA requirements at 45 CFR Part 160.
(b) The facility shall report monthly to the Department all client admissions to, and discharges from the facility, and such additional client and service data as the Department may require, on the NJSAMS or other Department-designated reporting systems.
