Section 7:9D-4.5 - Basis for denial of license(a) Upon the recommendation of the Board, the Department may deny issuance of a well drilling license of the proper class or pump installer license upon a determination that: 1. The applicant has failed the examination administered pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:9D-1.12;2. The applicant has provided false or inaccurate information in the application;3. The applicant has failed to correct a violation or otherwise failed to comply with the Act, this chapter, a permit, a court order, an administrative order, or has failed to pay a due and owing penalty;4. The applicant's experience is based on well drilling or pump installing not in accordance with the Act or this chapter;5. The applicant did not possess the requisite experience as required at N.J.A.C. 7:9D-1.8;6. The applicant has not been recommended by the Board; orN.J. Admin. Code § 7:9D-4.5
