Development shall be prohibited in all wetlands and wetlands transition areas established pursuant to 7:50-6.14 in the Pinelands except as specifically authorized in this Part. Only activities permitted in wetlands pursuant to this Part shall be permitted in wetlands transition areas pursuant to 7:50-6.14.
