Section 7:50-6.11 - Low intensity uses

Hunting, fishing, trapping, hiking, boating, and swimming shall be permitted in all wetlands provided that such uses do not involve any structure other than those authorized in 7:50-6.12. Other similar low intensity recreational uses shall be permitted provided that any associated development does not have a significant adverse impact, as set forth in 7:50-6.7, on the wetland in which the use is carried out.
