Section 7:50-3.65 - Effect of modification, suspension or revocation of Commission certification

Revocation, suspension or modification of Commission certification of any county or municipal master plan, regulation or land use ordinance shall have the same effect as if the county or municipal master plan, regulation or land use ordinance had been disapproved or certified with conditions in the first instance as provided in 7:50-3.17 or 3.37. Any revocation, suspension or modification of Commission certification pursuant to this Part shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
