Section 7:50-3.63 - Recommendation of Executive Director

After the completion of the hearing required by 7:50-3.62, the Executive Director shall review the record of the hearing and shall, within 45 days of the conclusion of the hearing, submit a report to the Commission setting forth his findings, conclusions and recommendations as to the action which should be taken by the Commission pursuant to this Part. He may recommend any action which the Commission is authorized to take pursuant to 7:50-3.64.
