Within 120 days following the receipt of the plan and land use ordinances by the county planning board, and following the receipt of the reports of the Executive Director and the county planning board with respect to the certification of such municipal master plan and land use ordinances, the Commission shall review the reports and enter an order as provided in 7:50-3.35.
