Section 7:50-3.13 - Setting of hearing

After receipt of the county master plan and regulations, the Executive Director shall give notice of and set the date, time and place for a public hearing for consideration of the application, plan and regulations. The public hearing shall be held by the Executive Director within 30 days following the receipt of the plan and regulations in accordance with the provisions of 7:50-4.3.
