Section 7:38-13.1 - General provisions

For the purposes of this subchapter, the term "rule and/or condition" refers to the provisions of the Highlands Water Protection and Planning Act 13:20-1 et seq. (Highlands Act), the rules promulgated thereunder, and any permit, approval, determination, authorization, waiver, order, exemption or requirement, issued pursuant thereto by the Department or by a court of competent jurisdiction.
