Section 7:27-8.26 - Civil or criminal penalties for failure to comply

Any person who is subject to this chapter and who fails to conform to its requirements may be subject to civil penalties in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:27A-3 or criminal penalties pursuant to 26:2C-19(f) or both.
