Section 7:27-30.6 - Confidentiality

All information submitted to the Department pursuant to this subchapter shall be public information, unless the person submitting the information asserts a confidentiality claim in accordance with the procedures set forth at N.J.A.C. 7:27-1.6 through 1.30 and the Department determines that the information is entitled to confidential treatment in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:27-1.8 through 1.30. Information submitted electronically cannot be handled confidentially. Therefore, information submitted pursuant to a confidentiality claim must be submitted in paper form only, and the claims of confidentiality must be asserted by clearly marking the information as required pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:27-1.6.
