Section 7:27-27.10 - Penalties

Failure to comply with any provision of this subchapter shall subject the owner or operator to civil administrative penalties in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:27A-3 and applicable civil and criminal penalties including, but not limited to, those set forth at N.J.S.A. 2C-28.3 and 26:2C-19.
