Section 7:27-14.11 - Non-interference with the motor vehicle codes

Nothing in this subchapter is intended to limit or deny any existing authority to inspect diesel-powered motor vehicles in accordance with regulations established pursuant to 26:2C-8.4 4, 39:8-2, 39:3-70, 39:3-76, 39:10-26 and 48:4-2.1a.
