Section 7:27-1.22 - Notice to claimants of disclosure of confidential information

(a) Promptly after the Department discloses confidential information pursuant to 7:27-1.19, 1.20 or 1.21, the Department shall notify any claimant from whom the Department has obtained confidential information of the disclosure. Such notice shall be in writing, and shall contain the following information:

1. The date on which disclosure was made;

2. The name of the agency or other person to which the Department disclosed the confidential information; and

3. A description of the confidential information disclosed.
