Section 7:26H-1.18 - Approval of management agreements

No solid waste disposal or solid waste collection utility shall enter into a management agreement with another solid waste utility or other person without prior approval of the Department. Filings for approval shall be in accordance with 7:26H-3.6 (Petitions for approval of management agreements).
