Section 7:26H-1.10 - Application form

Every person engaged in solid waste collection or solid waste disposal on May 6, 1970, or thereafter shall, before obtaining a certificate of public convenience and necessity, complete the application form available for such purpose upon request at the address specified in 7:26H-1.5.
