Section 7:26F-3.8 - Site restoration

(a) The owner shall restore the topography of each area of remediation to its pre-remediation condition.

(b) When a site is located adjacent to or in a wetland, or adjacent to or in any other environmentally sensitive natural resource, the owner shall also comply with all applicable restoration and soil management requirements, including, but not limited to, the Coastal Zone Management Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7E, and the Fresh Water Wetlands Protection Act Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7A.
