Section 7:26F-2.2 - Sample analysis(a) The owner shall have all soil and water samples collected in accordance with the requirements for Quality Assurance for Sampling and Laboratory Analysis in the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation at N.J.A.C. 7:26E-2.(b) The owner shall have all soil and water samples collected and analyzed:1. By a laboratory certified to analyze the contaminants in question pursuant to the Regulations Governing the Certification of Laboratories and Environmental Measurements, N.J.A.C. 7:18;2. In accordance with the requirements for Quality Assurance for Sampling and Laboratory Analysis in the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation at N.J.A.C. 7:26E-2; and3. For the applicable parameters listed in Table 2-1 below. Table 2-1

TICs for semi-volatiles -- Identify up to 15 organic compounds of greatest concentration that are not surrogates, internal standards, or targeted compounds listed under TCL.
5. EPA Target Compound List semi-volatile organic compounds excluding phenol and substituted phenols with a library search of the 15 highest TICs. TICs for semi-volatiles -- Identify up to 15 organic compounds of greatest concentration that are not surrogates, internal standards, or targeted compounds listed under TCL.
