Section 7:26D-1.1 - Purpose

This chapter implements the Brownfield and Contaminated Site Remediation Act, N.J.S.A. 58:10B-1et seq., and other statutes, by establishing remediation standards for ground water, surface water, soil, soil leachate, and indoor air.
