Section 7:26C-16.1 - Scope

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to specify the:

1. Requirements for a person engaged in a linear construction project, in 7:26C-16.2; and

2. Required fees for a person engaged in a linear construction project, in 7:26C-16.3.
