Section 7:26B-1.6 - Certifications and signatories

Any person submitting an application, form, workplan, report or other submission to the Department pursuant to ISRA and this chapter shall include a certification that is executed in accordance with the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites rules at 7:26C-1.5.
