Section 7:26-17.12 - Availability of information to the public after determination that information is not confidential

If the Department determines that assertedly confidential information is not confidential information pursuant to 7:26-17.10(a), the Department may disclose such information to any person on the date which is 14 days after the claimant's receipt of the written notice of the confidentiality determination.
