Section 7:26-15.2 - Construction
(a) This subchapter shall be liberally construed as to permit the Department to discharge its statutory functions and effectuate the purposes of the law.
(b) The Commissioner may, from time to time, amend, expand or repeal this subchapter in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq.
