Section 7:26-14A.7 - Use and disclosure of information

All questionnaires and other submissions, when received by the Department, are public records pursuant to 47:1A-1 et seq. The Department shall make them available to persons who so request, to the extent required by New Jersey and/or Federal law and consistent with the confidentiality provisions therein.
