Section 7:2-7.3 - Cancellation and refunds

(a) Reservations for designated State Park Service overnight facilities may be cancelled. A minimum 24-hour notice for the cancellation of a reservation is required in order to receive a refund. A person may cancel a reservation by telephone, in writing, or in person. A cancellation fee as set forth in 7:2-17.2(d) shall be deducted from any refund due.

(b) Refunds shall not be made to persons evicted as a result of a violation of this chapter or other State law.
