Section 7:1K-6.2 - Optional submittal of Pollution Prevention Process-Level Data Worksheet in lieu of the Pollution Prevention Plan Progress Report

An owner or operator of a priority industrial facility may submit annually updated Pollution Prevention Process-Level Data Worksheet(s), as set forth at 7:1K-4.9, in lieu of the Pollution Prevention Plan Progress Report (DEQ-114, RPPR, Sections C and D). In a worksheet for each process at the facility, the latest annual data would be recorded.
