Section 7:1J-9.10 - Consent to service of process

Each party shall be deemed to have consented to accept service of all papers, notices, process, or awards necessary or proper for the initiation or continuation of an arbitration under these rules, or for any court action in connection therewith. The entry of any award made under these rules shall be served on a party in accordance with 7:1J-1.7.
