Section 7:1J-2.6 - Waiver of damages not set forth in claim

The claimant shall be deemed to have waived any damages which are not set forth in the claim or in any response to the Department's request for information under 7:1J-6.3(b), or in any amendment to such claim or response under 7:1J-6.4.
