Section 7:1G-1.5 - Department right of entrance and inspection

Pursuant to 13:1D-9 and 34:5A-29b, the Department shall have the authority to enter any business premises or building during normal hours or other reasonable time to determine compliance with the rules and regulations of the Department hereunder. Failure to permit such inspection after presentation of official credentials is an offense punishable under 2C:29-1.
