Section 7:1E-7.2 - Designation by claimant of an addressee for notices and inquiries

A claimant shall designate a person as the proper addressee of communications from the Department under N.J.A.C. 7:1E-7, 8, 9 and 10. To designate such a person, the claimant shall submit the following information to the Department in writing: the name and address of the claimant; the name, address, and telephone number of the designated person; and a request that all Department inquiries and communications (oral and written), including without limitation the inquiries and notices listed in 7:1E-7.3(a), be directed to the designee.
