Section 7:19-17.2 - Appeal procedure

The party to whom an order has been issued by the Department, shall have a right to request a hearing thereon, by submitting a letter requesting an adjudicatory hearing, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:19-2.13, to the Department within 20 days of receipt of the order.
