For all confirmed releases from an underground storage tank subject to regulation at 40 CFR Part 280 , the owner or operator shall report to the Department the source and cause of the confirmed release on a form found on the Department's website at http://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/ in accordance with the timeframe applicable for submittal of the site investigation or remedial investigation report.
