Section 7:14A-21.11 - Violations; closing off of use of sewerage connections

The Department or the local agency may, in instances of indirect user non-compliance, take such steps as may be necessary to seal or close off connections from the local agency to the indirect user until it is satisfied that adequate measures have been taken to prevent the recurrence of non-compliance in accordance with 58:11-56.
