The Department may issue subpoenas requiring attendance and testimony under oath of witnesses before, or the production of documents or information, in whatever form stored or recorded, to him or her or to a representative designated by the Commissioner. Service of a subpoena shall be by certified mail or personal service. A person receiving a request for information pursuant to a subpoena shall comply with the provisions in 7:14A-2.11(d).
