Section 7:14A-16.1 - Purpose and scope

This subchapter sets forth the causes for and the procedures governing the transfer, modification, revocation and reissuance, renewal, suspension, and revocation of existing NJPDES permits. Specific procedures governing authorizations issued under general permits are set forth at 7:14A-6.13.
