Section 7:11-5.8 - Period of contract

(a) The effective date, period of contract, and date of commencement of charges shall be set forth in the water purchase contract.

(b) The water purchase contract shall expire at the end of the specified period, except as to those matters set forth at 7:11-5.9 and 5.10.
