Section 7:11-4.17 - Rate adjustments
(a) The Authority reserves the right from time to time to adopt adjustments to the rate schedule in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq. and this subchapter.
(b) A purchaser shall be notified of such proposed changes not less than six months in advance of the effective date of such new rates.
