Section 7:11-4.15 - Payments for other services

Payments for any other charges payable by reason of excessive withdrawals or otherwise, shall be made within 30 days following receipt of the Authority's invoice and shall be based upon Manasquan Reservoir System water actually consumed. The rate for excessive withdrawal shall be the rate set forth in 7:11-4.9.
