Section 7:11-3.16 - Withdrawal limitation: Raritan Basin

During any period when water is being released from the New Jersey Water Supply Authority owned reservoir facilities for any Raritan Basin stream flow augmentation, the user shall not on any day during that period withdraw any quantity of water in excess of his advance notice of daily demand given under the procedure set forth in 7:11-3.15 (Diversion scheduling).
