Section 7:11-3.1 - Application for water supply

Application for the withdrawal of water from the Raritan Basin System, or application for withdrawal of water directly from either or both reservoirs shall be submitted to the New Jersey Water Supply Authority on an "Application for Water Supply" form, copies of which will be furnished by the New Jersey Water Supply Authority upon request.
