Section 7:11-1.29 - Identification and license of motor vehicles

(a) No person shall operate any motor vehicle as defined in 39:1-1 and 7:11-1.6 and identified as such by the NJ Division of Motor Vehicles in the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety on lands under the jurisdiction of the Authority or on established roads under the control of the Authority unless the vehicle is licensed and registered by the Division of Motor Vehicles before it is operated.

(b) No person shall operate a vehicle on said lands, unless the operator of the vehicle shall have in his or her possession a valid operator's license and other documentation required by the Division of Motor Vehicles in the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety as set forth in 13:21-1.1 et seq.
