This subchapter establishes the fees for the Safe Drinking Water Program as authorized by the State Act and based upon the estimated costs of conducting, monitoring, administering and enforcing the Safe Drinking Water Program. The Department shall periodically review the fee schedule and, after consideration of other funding sources, propose and adopt adjusted fees as necessary to reflect changes in the costs of conducting, monitoring, administering and enforcing the Safe Drinking Water Program.
