Section 7:10-12.1 - Authority and scope

This subchapter establishes the certification requirements and standards for the construction of new, altered, or replacement nonpublic water systems and public noncommunity water systems pursuant to the State Act; 58:11-23 et seq., the Realty Improvement Sewerage and Facilities Act; and 58:4A-4.1 et seq., commonly known as the Subsurface and Percolating Waters Act.
