Section 6A:23A-21.5 - Joint purchasing systems

A district board of education or charter school board of trustees may by resolution establish joint purchasing systems pursuant to 40A:11-11. Such joint purchasing system is effective only upon approval of the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs.
