A charter school shall provide an enrolled student with educational disabilities with a free, appropriate public education in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part B (IDEA--B) at 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq., 34 C.F.R. 300 et seq., 18A:36A-11(b), and N.J.A.C. 6A:14, Special Education.
